Beverley Humphreys

Beverley has a portfolio career as broadcaster, writer, singer and speaker – both entertaining and inspirational. As a broadcaster Beverley Humphreys has written and presented programmes for Radio 4 and her own weekly programme for BBC Radio Wales - "Showtime". She comperes concerts in all the major concert halls in Britain – from the Albert Hall in London to St David's Hall in Cardiff and the Ulster Hall in Belfast. Her singing career has not been confined to the operatic stage, although, after graduating from Cardiff University, that is where it began - as Rosina in "The Barber of Seville" for Welsh National Opera. Other operatic roles include Carmen, Santuzza and Amneris. In this country, with her concert repertoire, Beverley has performed at all the major concert halls and at the Albert Hall has sung before Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth and Prince Philip. Across the Atlantic she has appeared in concert from Vancouver to New York.
